In the picturesque surroundings of Kerala, this mythological and ecotourism destination offers spa treatments, adventure activities, and the largest bird sculpture in the world.A remarkable location in Chadayamangalam, Kerala, is Jatayu Earth's Centre, sometimes called Jatayu Nature Park or Jatayu Rock. This amazing 65-acre site skillfully combines ecotourism, adventure, and mythology. It has the name of Jatayu, the noble bird from the Indian epic Ramayana who is said to have bravely tried to save Sita from Ravana. This place has great significance in Indian mythology since it is said that Jatayu was severely injured during the battle and fell to the rocks of Chadayamangalam.
Sculptor Rajiv Anchal created the largest bird sculpture in the world, which serves as the park's focal point. The enormous building, which is 200 feet long, 150 feet wide, and 70 feet high, honors Jatayu's valor and selflessness. Visitors can explore a museum and an audio-visual display that tells Jatayu's tale inside the sculpture. Visitors can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the surrounding hills and valleys from the top of the sculpture.
Jatayu Earth's Center's 20-acre Adventure Zone offers a variety of activities for adventure seekers. Rock climbing, rappelling, zip-lining, paintball, archery, and valley crossing are a few of these. It's a great place for thrill-seekers of all ages because of its rough terrain and natural rock formations. To add to the excitement, families and organizations can participate in team-based sports like bouldering and commando net climbing.
The center prioritizes health and well-being in addition to its adventure offerings. The park's Siddha Cave Healing Centre offers herbal remedies, yoga classes, and conventional Ayurvedic therapies in a peaceful setting. Visitors looking to unwind and rejuvenate in the middle of nature will find this feature of the center appealing.
